Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Achieving The Dream, LLC (“Trusty Schedule,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our employee‑scheduling service and related mobile applications (together, the “Service”).

Information we collect

We collect information you or your employer provide to set up and run scheduling — including names, email addresses, phone numbers, job positions, availability, and time‑off requests — as well as messages you send through the Service. We also collect limited technical information (such as device and log data) needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

We use information to provide the Service: to build and publish schedules, process requests and trades, deliver messages, send notifications by push, email, and SMS, and keep the Service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal information.

How information is shared

Your information is visible to your organization (your employer and its authorized managers) as needed to operate scheduling. We share information with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, hosting, email, SMS, and push‑notification providers) under obligations of confidentiality, and where required by law.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your organization maintains an account or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because your employer administers your account, we may direct certain requests to them. Contact us at the address below to exercise your rights.

Notification preferences and unsubscribing

Optional notifications are off by default — you choose which notification types reach you by email, text message, or push in your profile’s notification preferences, and you can turn any of them off at any time. Every optional notification email also includes a one‑click unsubscribe link, and you can stop text messages by replying STOP. Essential account emails (such as password resets and verification codes you request) are sent only in response to your own actions.

Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for use by employers and their staff and is not directed to children under 13. Where student employees use the Service, accounts are created and managed by their employer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
